It’s certainly helped Philly but that’s the way it goes. It’s not like they’ve never been hurt by penalties before. They go for you and against you. That’s football! The roughing the passer penalty earlier in the game was certainly bogus. They should make roughing the passer penalties challengeable.
100% agree

Not a single person walking earth that could convince me we don't get a penalty thrown on us if our corner back grabs the opposing teams face mask on a pass.
Would the fact that it's already happened convince you? No flag on this play and won the game for us.

For clarification- I was agreeing that roughing calls should be reviewable.

Beyond all that, the better team won tonight. I do think it would have been better game if it had been officiated better.

But whatever….. the Cowboys still did very well in the bye week

Looked up this game and the Cowboys got flagged 12 times for 115 yards. So it's not the same situation as what happened tonight.

0.

Last one was KC against the Jags in 2022.
Philly was called for penalties, the Dolphins declined them. Tell the whole story and then whine. I’ll join you in whining, but at least be honest first. Now…leave me to my sentiments. B-O-O H-O-O. Woe is me.

And one of the penalties on us was awful as well

Agree. They are way too inconsistent. Too much of a judgement call. .
Those roughing the passer calls are a result of them being so overly protective of QBs. Most calls involve judgment, and they used some very poor judgment on that roughing call against Miami earlier in the game.

I don’t know what you’re talking about and suspect you don’t either.
I know exactly what I’m talking about. We were called for offsides on a brotherly shove play because the LG’s hand was in the neutral zone, but it was offsetting because the Dline was in the neutral zone as well.

Except that wasn’t the LG’s hand, it was Kelce’s other hand, they have different gloves on intentionally so you can tell. The center is of course allowed in the neutral zone, so it was a completely blown call.

This is further emphasized as a terrible call because it’s easily noticeable as the ref sees it before the plays starts, it’s not bang-bang. This actually happened earlier in the year too, Eagles sent the tape into the league and they owned up to the bad call and said they’d look out for it, the reason they wear different colored gloves. Kelce ranted about it on his podcast And then they just did blew the same call again.

So yes, I know what I’m talking about

Hopefully Cowboys’ fans’ dreams are accurate. The Eagles are actually terrible and it’s only the officials that make them a good team. Sounds right to me. It’s always that way. Cowboys are freaking great, the Philadelphia Eagles blow. It’s the officials that are the difference. Every year. Now that I think about it, I’m sure of it.

Again the NFL is a week to week league. This is the same Eagles team who lost to the Jets last week. So no one always knows which teams will show up until the games are played.
The NFL has been and will always be a week to week league. The Jets didn’t get the Eagles best game but you can almost guarantee the Cowboys will. They’re going to be geared up for us and if we can’t match their intensity and physicality
the game may likely be a repeat of what San Francisco did to us.

I was going to respond with im pretty sure that was a game where we had to beat the refs and patriots if I remember. The only reason they didn't throw a flag was most likely because they owed us 5 more make up calls in that game.
