If SF wins and we we beat Philly the following week, are we in first place?

And we beat Philly the following week.

Are we in first place?

I’m not sure how the TB works right now.

Or, we may be still behind but control our own destiny?

We would be ahead then but it is the last few games that would be the decider in common games. Both win out from there and Philly wins division

No, thanks to that Arizona loss. We need the Eagles to lose 3 games and win out, most likely looking at the 5 seed again.

No but it would sure be nice to be even with them with 4 games to go. Puts a ton of pressure on them.

I don't see a scenario where we could win that tiebreaker either, but idk.
When the Cowboys lost to both the Cardinals and Eagles, it gave the Eagles both the advantage and control of the division, so at this point they just need to focus on getting better and ready for the playoffs and let the seeds fall where they fall.

The Seahawks game showed the Cowboys have some things to fix so the team focus should be on those things.

The Cowboys have to win out, and Philly needs to lose twice. After how this Seahawks team played tonight, I'm thinking there's a chance they might beat Philly when they play in Seattle.
You mean twice in addition to losing to Dallas? Because if we're both 14-3 then they still win all tiebreakers since they beat AZ.

Dallas would be in first at that time, but Philly would control their own destiny.
