Don’t know how anyone is seeing it differently.

He didn’t have a great game, but when he needed to put together a GWD in the 4th Qtr, he did his job.

This loss was a combination of several unfortunate plays.

Yes , the fumble at 1 yard line, not feeding ceedee, Dak/McCarthy not doing much for a couple quarters, defense couldn’t make a stop at the end.

I’m not arguing with you bc I think Dak didn’t play well, but I thought I’d answer your question for curious readers. Well, sort of answer your question. Of currently active QBs in the league, 15 have taken their team to a Conference Championship. I’m sure a handful more have since retired since Dak joined the league.

Given that about 10 starting QBs are only in their first 3 years in the NFL, that makes Dak a statistical anomaly with the caliber teams he’s had. That makes the Cowboys with Dak as their QB a bottom 10-20% team as far as postseason success goes

Anyway...Jerry is giving Dak one last chance to win a SB.

He definitely gets the most out of Tua, who can be wildly inaccurate at times.

I like how they keep taking deep shots all game. 12 play drives means more chances to make a mistake before scoring, like the Luepke fumble or penalties.

This game was lost, primarily, by our O-line...specifically the left side. If anything, we learned how critical Tyron Smith is to the success of the team. Edoga was flat-out whiffing on blocks...in some cases not attempting to block at all. Plug in even an average LT, give Dak another one second to operate, and we win that game. It's actually remarkable that Dak posted the stats he did under the circumstances.

That fumble was early in the first quarter. In fact, Dallas was ahead 7-3 after Lamb's long TD catch and run. That fumble had little influence on the game. Cowboys had plenty of chances to take a big lead, but couldn't.
Fumbles happen in games. Good teams over come them. Dak, and his offense, couldn't.

The only throws Dak makes are the one he’s staring down his WRs from the snap. Ask him to process the field, he’s so mediocre, it’s not even funny.

8 years in the system with the same terminology. The only caveat this year is he has been taking off more, when his early reads aren’t there. Wow…. Congrats for dumbing down the offense to basically half the field for a guy that still can’t throw consistently against a zone….

I really question if you watch the games or pay attention to anything. This is not even close to the same system so you might want to sit this one out until you can get a clue.

Said it even before Jerry gave him the big one. Got an anchor around his neck now and going down together. Dak is NOT gonna win you any NFL championship...put him down on the list with all those around QBs in the NFL you do not win with.

There are only 4 good quarterbacks in the league, Mahomes, Stafford, Wilson, Rodgers, and Flacco. The rest are ****.

Now list all the QBs who have taken their team further in the playoffs than Dak has since he joined the league. I'll wait...

There’s 13 active starting QB’s who got their teams to conference championship games as starting QB’s…

7 of them are Flacco, Rodgers, Wilson, Tannehill, Stafford, Keenum, and Jimmy G. Whether it’s age or rapid decline, none of those are viable options moving forward (maybe could make an argument Stafford)

The other 6 are Mahomes, Allen, Burrow, Goff, Hurts and Purdy.

I think most fans have a wildly distorted view of the QB position in the NFL. At any given time there are maybe 5 human beings walking the earth that you could say “this guy playing QB gives us a great chance of going to the Super Bowl.”

Now I’m not saying Dak is 1 of them, but you also have to be realistic about the alternatives.

Cowboys defense held the #2 Offense in the NFL to 91 yards rushing and 22 points; **Granted they couldn't stop the Phins on that last drive, but it never would have come to that had they executed the hand-off @ the GOAL LINE on the first drive of the game lol .. That bone-headed miscue along with a number of costly penalties is what lost them the game.

And on the flip side the Dolphins played well against the number 6 offense in the league.
