I mean dude, you can literally lose to any team in the playoffs. The games are likely to be close no matter who you play.

The Rams will be playing a completely different Cowboys team too. The offense had not yet unlocked its potential at that point and Dallas still beat them by 23.

Something else worth noting is that the Rams have been feasting on bad teams in the second half of their schedule. NY, NO, WASH, and ARI account for 4 of their 6 wins on this streak. Two of their wins have come by a single point. They are a fine team, but really nothing more than that.

If this team can't even beat the Rams in round 1, they had no business being considered a contender.

Exactly the criticism of the Cowboys is that they only beat up on bad teams. Meanwhile the Rams have won 6 of 7 while beating exactly one team with a winning record, that being Cleveland in Flacco's first start. They have skin of their teeth wins against Seattle, NY, NO and Wash. If the Cowboys can't get respect for boat racing that caliber of teams why on Earth would the Rams be considered some juggernaut for barely squeaking by against them?

The 9ers are likely to sit everyone, too. They have the 1 seed and a bye locked up. 2 weeks off for their guys.

The Rams can still win the game even without Stafford. Carson of Bismarck can beat the 9ers 2nd and 3rd team.

There's a lot of context that goes into an NFL season. The Rams have won 6 of the last 7 with their only loss being to Baltimore in OT. They have Kupp and Kyren healthy now as well as Stafford playing some of the best ball of his career.

Point blank they are a better team now than when we beat up on them.

Like I said we should still beat them, but you're kidding yourself if you think that's our best matchup.
I'm not scared of the Rams. No matter how much you want to hype them out. They are average at best and will get beat down by us again if we play them. Now you go kid yourself.

Perhaps Wentz will be motivated to ball out and show a QB desperate team that he can still play in the league. Who knows. I know the Rams are playing a lot better than the last time we played them, but we should still beat them. The Cowboys are a different team at home and I feel pretty confident against anyone not named the 49ers.

If we play either LA or SEA everyone will pick the upset, hopefully we use that as motivation.

Yeah I don't get it.. The Cowboys have beaten two 11 win teams in the past month as well as one other playoff team. They lost to two 10 win teams on the road. One by a last second FG. The other against a desperate to stay in the playoff team in crappy conditions, which admittedly the Cowboys struggle with. But the Bills needed that game about a hundred times more than the Cowboys did.. and it showed.

Hopefully he wins just to get Eagle fans more pissed off.

Nor should you be. You literally only have to sit there on your fat @#$ and watch us play. Lol

Never said we'd lose or should fear them. Just that they shouldn't be overlooked as the team we beat down earlier in the season. Fortunately, this team has more sense.

I don’t care who they get in first matchup. They should win and if they choke then major changes.

This isn’t the Rams having a preference of Dal/ Det. It’s the Rams knowing that if they win wildcard they are playing the 49ers again in two weeks. Won’t want to show their hand vs them until divisional round.
