I have a hard time accepting pressures as a real stat; it is subjective. Like deciding on errors in baseball.
What is pressure to say Tannehill is not pressure to Mahoones.

It's a really good debate of Parsons vs Crosby. Parsons a better pure pass rusher, probably the best in the league, however Crosby racked up 15 sacks this year and is also one of the premier run defenders on the edge.

Both elite players, and I wouldn't consider this disrespectful to leave Parsons off.

Micah's problem in voting like this is that he plays some combination of off ball linebacker and defensive end, but isn't truly either one. Watt is kind of the same way, and notice that he is not on the list either.

Crosby and Garret are both more traditional hand in the dirt defensive ends, and Smith and Warner are both true full time linebackers.

I'd still take him over any of them in a straight up comparison though.

There are two All-Pro spots, and five DEs in the league playing at a Hall of Fame level. There's an embarrassment of riches at the top, and some deserving pass rushers are going to be left out.
There may be even 8 guys that could madd a case for 1st team all-pro. TJ Watt probably got the biggest snub.

I wonder how long before they just remove kick returner from the All-Pro team? They've already changed the rules to basically eliminate kickoffs. A shame in my opinion.
I'm all for it. Kickoffs are extremely dangerous. Players running full speed all at once at each other. Recipe for bad news.

I agree. I'm surprised that they haven't altered the kickoff rules so that the play mimics a punt more with everyone basically lined up across from each other on the LOS with one man deep, which you see significantly fewer injuries on

Hopefully this pisses him off enough to wreak havoc through the playoffs.

Are there other sites other than Pro Football Reference where Pressures are listed?

According to them, Micah Parson wasn't top 5 in Sacks OR Pressures
Well that's interesting. Didn't we see something that Micah is in the 100 pressures club or something like that? Maybe it was PFF? Which outlets are rating those and what are the differences?

I mean.....Crosby is a beast too so I get it.

How the hell did Kelce get there? Who knew there were so many "Swifties" in the NFL.
Agreed. And the reason no one is mentioning here is because Crosby and Garrett are also elite run stoppers, not just elite pass rushers. It's not just all about sacks and pressure. (As good as #11 can be with that.)
