I agree. Let’s purge the roster and rebuild. We have some weak minded guys in this team and we need more football players. I agree with Jimmy, the middle of the pack is just as bad as the bottom of the pack. Find out who is a player and who’s not and purge.

Man I wish Jimmy was our GM. The people that really need to be purged is the Jones family. But it is what it is.

Agree completely. We are towards the top of the middle, but in the middle nonetheless. Either be all in and build it up to a championship team or start tearing it down.

Everything is relative though. If you reset the roster after those poor seasons & have an above .500 season that's fine because you are trending the right direction.

You guys keep thinking Jerry is rebuilding….a 80 year old man who has never rebuilt a team decided to do it at 80? What they have done this offseason is what they have done every every offseason and you guys are pretending like it’s something new and innovative. It disturbs me you guys are buying this crap when he just told you he was tough all in and you guys still don’t see the incompetence in this front office. Just unbelievable.

this 100% but again to acknowledge this you have to also come to terms that what is making this franchise sick is not fixable...if a Jones is the GM you will not be rebuilding/retooling/planning or whatever a SB team because your job is not on the line...
