I know everyone on the board is shocked that Dak had relations with numerous women
Why would be shocked????? He was a single man in his early-mid 20s. I'm not even sure he had even had a girlfriend. Hell, I'd be shocked if he didn't, like nearly every other single young man his age at the time.

It's a simple solution to extinguishing these plots by these low life, gold digging "prostitutes"

( I really want to address these trash *** women with the correct words but I can't here.)

The simple way to extinguish these gold diggers and their plots is to sentence them to a MINIMUM of 20 years in prison when found guilty of clear and obvious fraud and extortion.

I guarantee you would see a significant drop in these cases.
Is 20 years for a rapist fair in your mind if proven.

And why I keep questioning her legal representation.

If I were her legal representation, I'd send a letter not demanding money, but for financial help for counciling and or any other monetary issues.
+1 +1 +1

Her lawyers were idiots. They sent a specific letter demanding a specific amount of money in exchange for not pressing charges or going public. It simply is not legal to demand money in exchange for not pressing charges. Now, realistically, that happens all the time but you can't be so open about the quid pro quo.

What you want to do is be vague and leave the door open to them offering money. The initial letter should say something like "we will be filing charges next month" and leave them time to respond with an "offer" <<*cough* bribe *cough*>> for you to keep quiet.

True but keep in mind that when people enjoy rough, loud, intense relations their bodies are responding to it in a pleasurable way releasing fluids to promote such activity. (I’m really trying to be discrete here). In forced relations the body does not respond in that manner and there is a lot of tearing and bruising due to little to no lubrication. This is how a medical doctor can tell the difference between “rough” relations and “forced penetration”.

In my 15 years of working with sex abuse victims usually the perpetrators will say “she wanted it” or the woman can say after the fact they were violated. Their mouth can lie but the body doesn’t lie. A doctor can examine and make that determination due to the specific nature of the injuries in that area.

That was by far the most awkward post I have ever written.
That is understandable. I was strictly speaking on two consenting adults, with one having ulterior motives.

Err, okay, if you consider rape a relationship. Go back and reread, I think you missed something. Reading comprehension is your friend amigo. LOL. The conversation was about plaintiff’s lawyer saying that multiple women could come forward accusing him of assault, just like Deshaun Watson, not about how many women he’s banged.
That was my point. Anyone can claim assault even after both parties were in agreement. Your moronic regurgitating of her lawyers comments mean nothing.

Very true.............some girls (and guys as well) like it rough, very rough.................sometimes even going so far as sexual asphyxiation (choking during sex).

If your partner, for whatever reason, decides to report the incident you might have a very hard time explaining away any marks, bruises, or any other physical signs consistent with sexual assault.

The moral of this story is that you need to be very careful who you choose to be intimate with and what type of "activities" you engage in with that person.
Exactly!

Only those people living in a fool’s paradise think that about Dak. Maybe that’s why they think he’s a good QB.
He is a good QB. His off field dalliance has nothing to do with his inability to lead this team to a championship.

There are many judging the who, what, when and where of his relationships, which have no bearing on his play or his current lifestyle.

It still depends on the doctor’s examination. So let’s say she consented to the sex with the idea to have it be rough and hopefully have bruises to make a false accusation. With her mind knowing what she’s doing and ready for it the body would still be prepared. The body is not prepared nor does it want it and this leaves different types of bruising in tearing when a rape happens.

So long story short they know the difference between rough consensual sex and forced sex due to the different bruising and tearing in the vaginal walls.

A fool's paradise? Heck, your boy Romo was worse. Constantly going out with different chics, constantly partying and often in LA, LV and even Cabo during the season until he finally settled down.

7 years later accusation? It's all bull and you know it. Gold digger trying to scam Dak out of his money. Good luck to her trying to prove it. It's not going to work. Good thing Dak sued her first.
This isn't the hill you wanna die on, AC.

IF Dak comes out bad on this you really want to be the person speaking like this? How you gonna live that one down if you're defending someone that might've done something really horrible?

I get it, you love the guy, but it's best to let this one play itself out and not so strongly pick a side.

That's definitely not enough time for a rapist.

But dont you think 20 year minimums are fair for gold digging extortionists?

This isn't the hill you want to die on, MC, especially if Dak gets proven innocent (most likely) and you will look so foolish stabbing your own QB in the back and denying him due process. Then again, you don't care since you hate Dak, so keep your advice to yourself.

I have not chosen a side. I refuse to.

I will instead let everything play itself out because this is a sensitive subject that deserves the facts to be presented.

Regardless of how I feel about Dak as a QB I would still hope that the truth wins the day.

The problem with that is that in all likelihood, we will never get to any one single version of the events which is unanimously agreed upon to be "the truth". We will have her accusations and we will have his denials.

We used to live in a country where someone accused of a crime was given the presumption of innocence. Call me old fashioned, but I need some evidence before I condemn a man.

You can try to fool everyone in this forum, but you don't fool me. Just look at other comments already blaming Dak which you have 'liked'. Shows your true colors and agenda. Go speak with your forked tongue elsewhere. You don't fool me. Keep your backstabbing advice to yourself.
