Could somebody explain to me why this team drafted a TE in the 2nd round?

you're thinking to low, we could have traded up to get one/free agency you ever think about that??? Or we could of like I said could have waited
They could have done a lot of things. They could have not drafted Parsons , Lamb, and Tyler Smith.

OK tell us what tight end should they have gotten? Brenton Strange was the next one taken is that your man?
they wanted one so bad they could have signed on in free agency, they could have use a draft pick to trade up to get one, you're telling me that using a premium pick (as they love to say) on a BLOCKING tight end was smart??

Breaking News: At the point of the draft, there was a run on TE's we needed one, and selected the WRONG one clearly!!! This team is constantly looking for a "blocking tight end" they've been looking for once since the dawn of mankind
May not been the wrong one. Let's see his progress this season.

If they go after a tight end this year in the first or second round, this place is gonna go crazy.
With all of the good players available. A tight end isn't likely. The only one I see is Cade Stover at 87 and that is not likely either with all the good players at position of need.

why this team drafted a tight end in the second round. That ruined the whole draft for me. Could have gotten a linebacker or an offensive lineman, positions of need. I just didn't get it. Please let me know your opinion on this.
Because Shultz left in free agency and we had no established TE behind him. Although Ferguson and Hendershot showed potential their rookie seasons the jury was still out. Ferguson took hold of the position. Schoonmaker was a big mistake.

A big mistake after 1 season?

You should have known that in the first place.
no not really why because in these forums, if I don't think exactly like Rambo, comments like these get made, it's boring thinking JUST like rambo! Let's get some other thoughts and opinions going on. At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter what we say, they're in control, we're just paying them and talking on a forum!!!

I think Ferguson was pretty efficient. What do you think. I knew he was going to be good. That is all I'm saying. I had read what Travis Kelse said about Ferguson. He was one of the two rookie ends that he liked.

Tell us why you think they should have drafted a guard when they have 2 all pro guards.
