I don't say this to be negative, but my honest impression here is that Parsons looks to be going 3/4 speed. Good to see out of Guyton, but I wouldnt get too high just yet. Still a good job of not getting off balance against an excellent speed rusher like Micah.

How Guyton has looked is probably the best news to come out of camp so far. It will be huge if they hit on LT again. Any news on Beebe?

Thats just the modern NFL. Most of these high end pass rushers are getting held and the league doesnt do anything about it because offense gets ratings.

So hard to tell, but watching Guyton move makes me very optimistic about him.

I was watching some of the Cowboys practice today on NFL network, it is one practice and only a few plays but I was very disappointed in what I saw of Mazi Smith. He was getting shoved around by Brock Hoffman. He is still a little slow on the snap. I guess we could say Hoffman looks good, or Mazi looks bad. But if Mazi does not make major strides this summer the Cowboys defense is going to have a big problem.

All I want is for him to win the battle in training camp, which appears he is already on his way. If he can't beat a scrub like Edoga, was not worth a first round pick. Has a lot to live up to for Tyron Smith standards, but will be thrilled if both him and Tyler Smith become a dominant left-side twosome. Maybe the best we had since Larry Allen and Flozell on the left side?

I watched the clips also, Parsons looked like he was going about 60% of normal. Still good for the rookie's psyche I guess.
