This looked exactly like 2012 when the team quit on Wade during the GB game.

There was a run by Montgomery I watched and no one tackled or even attempted to tackle. Donovan Wilson was the only guy I saw that kept playing yesterday.

It’s time to fire the coach. It was time after the GB game last year but here we are.

Agree.

this thing started to slide last season vs the Bills.

This looked exactly like 2010 when the team quit on Wade during the GB game.

The big difference between now and 2010 is Jerry doesn't have another Garrett in the wings he is dying to promote. The current staff isn't presenting the same scenario. I think Jerry will wait until the end of the season before he let's MM walk, but it won't bother me if he fires him sooner. It is way past time to send a message, but Jerry doesn't have the nads to do it.

They haven't quit, yet. The defensive line simply are not NFL caliber starters, they consistently got blown off the ball which impacts the second level. And Trevonna must be too worried about getting his horse veneers popped out to be bothered to try to tackle somebody.

As for the offense, extending 4 was massive mistake but most of us already knew that. We could have done a proper rebuild, sat through a borderline .500 season next year, and be contending the year after. But we got clowns running the organization.

The effort is bad. Guys aren't focused. Montgomery is a tough back, but guys were just trying to arm tackle him. And some of these guys haven't "proved" anything.
I saw Wilson eating dirt a handful of times on some tackle attempts.

Irvin is right, some are already moving to the offseason.

To top it off, I saw Parsons laughing and chilling on the bench with his feet up like he was at a beach house party. It was 37-9 at the time, I believe. Funny thing is, it looked like Micah was RELIEVED to not be out there. I don't think he's a quitter, but even he knows this ship is sinking to the bottom of the ocean.

This is a good observation. It is something I have repeatedly pointed out over many years must happen before Jerry Jones would even consider pink slipping a head coach in-season.

The similarities were eerily the same between yesterday's performance and that fateful 2010 Green Bay game. The only main difference was the former missing its starting quarterback and the latter having its starting quarterback.

This team has been mismanaged from every possible way, not firing McCarthy after the GB debacle, no free agency, handling huge contracts to mediocre players, bringing back ZZ bottom (Zimmer, Zecke) no wonder players quit, props to Wilson for playing with pride.

They haven't quit they just aren't good.

Diggy is their best DL and he's no star player. Diggs is their best DB but coming off that injury he's average right now.

We watched most of the depth for this defense leave in free agency. Many didn't think it was a big deal. Many of those guys are helping their new team win while the cowboys are starting guys that would normally be buried on the depth chart of most other teams.

This!

They are not a good football. They are average at best. They have top talent at a few positions but the rest are all marginal players. The talent isn't there.

Coaching isn't helping at all. But, overall their issue is lack of talent.

Lots of people well actually only one was telling me losing 5 starters was no big deal and we were still a 12 win team. He also vanishes when this team loses

I saw a lot of quit yesterday. Not quite to level we saw that season when we started 1-7, but these players are checking out.

Probably difficult to turn up for a group of coaches that are collectively dead men walking.

2010 and I agree.

You know what message firing the coach sends?

That he was the problem, not you players. You don't play hard, he pays the price for it.

It's exactly the wrong message to send.
We’re past that.

The message to send would have been in the off-season. The message they sent by sitting out FA told this team that the FO doesn’t care about winning.

So fire the coach.

That’s another thing. Hooker was there laughing with the other player (can’t remember who) after he dropped a TD.

Down 30.

Yup. Another mistake this FO made. Keeping a bunch of lame ducks.

Most of the guys playing are just happy to be on an NFL roster because they wouldn’t be playing for any other team.

They suck. Quit or no quit. They just flat out do not have the talent to be good.
