Same players as last season

Flat out not true. The cowboys lost a lot of good players and contributors from last season and didn’t replace any of them except with unproven rookies who can’t play nfl quality football yet.

Not to mention the fact that the cowboys roster last year wasn’t good enough to compete for a championship. So you had to get BETTER to try and win a Super Bowl. Instead they got worse.

Fair enough. Let's try this....if the team has quit on Dak, or this early at 3-3.....that makes them quitters (first & foremost). Some have called this team "soft" (mentally & physically) who have played the game.

Now do the equation: quitters + soft = losers. That's would our 2025 version of the Dallas Cowboys
I agree with that. Not to mention the fact that we probably have already seen the highlights, for this season. Better get out the fishing pole cause it's all downhill from here and we're going to need something to do on Sunday's. When was our last Superbowl? Oh yea. Wasn't it last century?

For the most part, same players as last season skilled positions. Yes there are some rookies. So if you don’t think they were good enough last season to have a winning record and the division. I guess the entire NFC sucks. All the entire NFL other than maybe two or three teams. I don’t know what your agenda is, but

My agenda is for the cowboys to be good.

They aren’t good.

No, they are not very good, I personally believe it all starts in the pits. We’re getting pushed off the ball on both sides. But I’m not going anywhere, I still believe in the star.

I’m not trying to be derogatory, cowboy brother, I’m just frustrated like many of us

Fair enough bro. I do think there were serious roster construction issues this off season. They let a bunch of good role players walk and haven’t replaced them.

Including Hankins, Armstrong, Fowler, etc.

And now our defensive line is in SHAMBLES

The Coaching Staff stinks.

90% of them would not hold the same position on other NFL teams.

Need to keep the coaching staff in place. No need to win meaningless games after a coach bump. Being at the top of the draft is the goal for the rest of the season.

I one hundred percent think the players will quit after SF drains them of any belief they have left in themselves

It’s time to fire the coach. It was time after the GB game last year but here we are.
It took me a bit more time & rumination to reach the same conclusion.

It is the ultimate responsibility of a HC to have his team (and subordinate staff) ready for any given football game. In retrospect, there was absolutely no excuse for the debacle at home against GB. Team was at 12-5, and at relatively full-strength with the complement of players that got them there. That non-performance was a fireable offense on its own.

What we've seen thus far this season has done nothing to re-instill confidence in the McCarthy regime. Although, in significant mitigation, the stubborn, inexplicable inaction of the owner in essentially sabotaging his own team has made everyone's job infinitely more difficult.
