Adult Language LB Damone Clark looked awful against the Detroit Lions

Interesting he was our best player according to PFF.

Also interesting based on what he highlighted he wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible. He even highlighted a few plays he has well. Certainly we need Kendricks there.
PFF is a joke. Whomever they got judging tape, they get it wrong many times. This armchair QB got it right in what he reviewed.

Is Kendrick’s the prototypical size MLB he looks small ? I see him getting buried in blocks quite often as the running back is blowing by the DT’s. Long term Kendrick’s especially past 30 is not the answer to the quiz either .

I hate to say this but the entire front 7 can use help in the draft and or FA . Overshown and Liafau look set on the wings at LB but Dallas has really no depth .

Just going to point out that MLB isn't Clarks natural position or a position he should be playing. We knew that BEFORE the Detroit game. Yes he didn't play well, but there were many more players who played their correct positions that need the point of blame pointed in their direction.

Anybody with criticisms is not a real fan, go find another team.
lol it's crazy because coaches give criticisms, so guys know what to work on, your employer gives criticism to make you and the job running in a positive manner. Sucks that you can't be a fan and offer criticism, I guess you have to do what Jerry wants and ONLY offer positive things about the players!

Don’t know why Jerry never gave Sean Lee a call to help coach the LBs .. well actually I do know why. The LB coach is Scott McCurley who MM brought over with him from GB. But he was out of football the year he brought him in. Sound familiar? Off the couch just like MM and Zim.

So not only do we don’t get the best players onto the team, we don’t get the best coaches either.
Just a good old country club atmosphere with our buddies.

Sadly he was our best linebacker against DETROIT. It’s funny how the Overshown crowd was silent. Why doesn’t the guy show Overshown lowlights. There is an agenda there.

Just watch. Terrible performance at Middle LB by Damone Clark. He has no business playing at that position, arguably even on defense. He is afraid to attack, hit hard or even wrap up. Cowboys need someone else at Middle LB.

and a couple of years ago we thought we had steal of the draft!!!

I think this guy doing this video was a bit too critical of Clark. First he is a backup without a lot of experience. I would expect him to be a little lost at times out there.

Then, as far as his tackling, this whole team hits like a girls flag football team. It's not just Clark. Even Micah Parsons tackles like he is hitting a carton of eggs. Donovan Wilson used to bang people but even he has been doing a lot of arm tackling this year. As a team they are just soft.

We saw the Saints, Ravens and Lions all blocking well against Dallas. No one beats their blocks. But it is also true their LBs have not really attacked the gaps consistently for a few years. Again, this is what we mean when we say they are soft.

The Lions have one of the best offensive lines in football. It is not shocking to me that they manhandled the Cowboys DL, which may be the worst in the league. The Cowboys are weak in teh trenches on both sides of the ball which is why they are 3 and 3 and not 5-1 or something like that. It is why they will be 6-11 at the end of the season.

If LVEs physical health matched his IQ, he would be a potential HOF and Quinn would still be here.

Well scratch that, as he would have gotten a HC job anyway, but he’s be even more in demand.
