Maybe I am imagining things, but it seems every time Rush targets Mingo he throws a bad pass. Rush targeted Mingo 4 times yesterday and Mingo had 1 catch for 2 yards. That was a short pass Rush threw low and Mingo had to crouch down to catch it. 2 other passes were way off target, and one Mingo was well covered and had to fight for the ball which fell incomplete.

I am not expecting much out of Mingo, but I'd like to see Rush throw him some catchable balls at least.

Maybe Mingo is running bad routes.

He looks like he doesn't care much out there.

Another Jerry draft pick flushed.

And the worst part is you know we'll keep forcing the ball to him so Jerry can justify his great trade.
He got 4 targets yesterday is is not exactly forcing him the ball. The worst part is they made Flournoy inactive, taking some important development and evaluation time away from him. But as long as he is active, I would make sure Mongo gets at least 6 targets each game to determine if he is a bust or if he has potential. It just seems like every time Rush is throwing him the ball it's either way over his head, or at his feet.

Rush has a weak arm with very little zip. He has to throw with great anticipation. To do that, players must build confidence in each other and know where and when a wr will make his move. That’s why Mingo wasn’t immediately inserted. We still see issues with Lamb and QBs seeing things a little differently than he does. What they need right now with Mingo is no option routes. Run the go, the hitch, the slant, passes where Rush know where Mingo will be.

i don't get that impression at all. and i *wanted* to be critical.

Rush has only been taking starter's reps for a few weeks, Mingo just got here at the trade deadline, is it any wonder there seems to be a disconnect? I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Was just about to post the same, Mingo just got in town about the same time Rush did, they haven't even had a chance to introduce themselves.
Chemistry takes a bit to evolve and would not be surprised to see Mingo at the very least getting more looks with current CD situation.
Rush had a nice supporting cast of receiving options that are stepping up, it's nice to see something positive taking place there.
Nobody can even complain for once in 26 games about our running game now, it was beautiful seeing Rico hit the century mark.

You're on to something I think. But it should be pretty obvious to anyone watching the game instead of looking for the most seasoned chip in the bag the whole time.

I think we need to see where Mingo is about a month from now. Then we will know if we have anything. For sure he and Rush aren't on the same page a lot, but remember CeeDee and Dak have been together for years and they were clearly not on the same page early in the season as they were not in camp together.
