It's not Rush, it's Mingo. The dude didn't have the skills to shake and bake his defenders in Carolina and he doesn't have the skills to get separation in Dallas either. Rush is throwing to a spot and he can't help it if the defenders are running better routes than Mingo. Yep, another GREAT 4th rd PICKUP BY THE GREAT GM of the Cowboys...............
You are absolutely wrong. Rush has missed him several times when he was open.

Rush has a weak arm with very little zip. He has to throw with great anticipation. To do that, players must build confidence in each other and know where and when a wr will make his move. That’s why Mingo wasn’t immediately inserted. We still see issues with Lamb and QBs seeing things a little differently than he does. What they need right now with Mingo is no option routes. Run the go, the hitch, the slant, passes where Rush know where Mingo will be.
I would see what Will Grier could give you in arm strength , but that is just me.I just think Grier is better than Rush at the QB position.

I like both of them.
I liker the idea of having two bigger bodied WRs, for I think they can help the offense be more physical. However, I do question if Mingo was necessary with Flournoy already being on the roster. So, yeah moving forward I'd like to see both utilized to know what they have before drafting a WR next draft.

I think Mingo will contribute. He could be a solid player for them.

I haven't studied the All-22 or anything, but I haven't seen Mingo open once on any of his targets thus far. It's always a tightly contested 50/50 ball at best.

So my "eye test" says he's a total stiff.

Mingo is here just to block, we could never get over losing Noah Brown, so well worth the 4th to Jerry.

mingo was open on a lot of plays last week and rush either is just bad or its just a timing with new wrs. But Rush has to be like trent dilfer when he won, don't make the mistakes ride your defense and score when given the opportunity The offense has been blah with rush in.

Maybe Mingo is running bad routes.

He looks like he doesn't care much out there.

Another Jerry draft pick flushed.

And the worst part is you know we'll keep forcing the ball to him so Jerry can justify his great trade.
Cooper's throws look like he doesn't care too.....sometimes. Don't do that.

Maybe I am imagining things, but it seems every time Rush targets Mingo he throws a bad pass. Rush targeted Mingo 4 times yesterday and Mingo had 1 catch for 2 yards. That was a short pass Rush threw low and Mingo had to crouch down to catch it. 2 other passes were way off target, and one Mingo was well covered and had to fight for the ball which fell incomplete.

I am not expecting much out of Mingo, but I'd like to see Rush throw him some catchable balls at least.
He’s being forced to throw him the ball and it shows.

It could be Mingo but I have seen him open several times since he got here and Rush's passes have been way off target. I hope they keep working on it. We need all the help we can get. If it's Mingo, I am fine with that. But let's at least find out.
