The media darlings as well as the NFL for a very long time. Rather deserved or not.
They do know how to make trades and get value and use those draft picks, very well. Most of the time.

The get involved in FA. And make the right decisions, probably lees than half the time. But then correct those mistakes later on.

I still say they get some of the luckiest breaks in wins when they should have lost, or very well could have lost. But that is the way he ball bounces at times.

Media darlings? They don't get half the press they could. Detroit is everyone's media darling right now while Philly quietly stacks wins in the NFC.

I hate the Eagles more than any other football team since when they ended Michael Irvin’s career but they deserve credit. They do everything better than us now. They trade better then us, use free agency better then us, and draft better then us. It’s funny they learn from their mistakes. When they should have traded up to draft Lamb or Jefferson they come back a few years later and traded for AJ Brown. They realize there coordinators suck so instead of waiting for them to mess up again they fire them and replace them with upgrades. If they somehow don’t win the Super Bowl, they will fire their head coach and/or replace the quarterback. I would love for our GM to be like that.

Man, back in the day, when the eagles had never won a SB and were the Cowboys little step children. Now, the Cowboys are the little kids on the block. How times have changed, and our HOF GM helped it change.
