If I and me river friends are an indication, will Dallas-Carolina be a ratings disaster?

I need to do other things. Important chores more important than watching a meaningless game with a third-rate QB and a D that is weakened by injury and poor play. Panthers are 3-10. Cowboys are 5-8.
Yawn.
Will you loyal and steadfast fans tune in?

Ratings will be fine. They'll be less than usual since its the early game and it wont be shown everywhere, but people love to do two things.....root for the Cowboys and root for the Cowboys to lose. There really isnt a great must see game to keep eyes away from the Cowboys today. The biggest competition is probably KC vs Cleveland??? Dallas/Carolina probably draws eyeballs as they get a lot of the fantasy football crowd to for the early games as Hubbard/Lamb/Ferg/Dowdle are probably on a lot of FF playoff teams.

I'm in charlotte and I couldn't even tell you what time the game is on...I had originally planned to take my two older kids to their first cowboys game this year...I'm not paying 300 a seat to watch two teams with less combined wins than current WC seeds

Sold my tickets and will be finishing up Christmas shopping with my family but will be checking the score thru out the day.

Ratings disaster? I don't think so. Do you want to know why the Cowboys bring in great ratings even in down years? It's because the non fans love tuning in to see Dallas lose. It's like some strange fetish.

I will be watching, just like I have done almost every week since 1975. But these days I watch because I get a good laugh out of watching Jerry suffer

Same here. I was going to ask my Dad to go the game and just decided it wasn't worth the time or the money. I guess I will always be a Cowboy fan but not a Jones fan.

I wouldn't miss it for the world............LOL....If the Cowboys are on I'm watching, and so is the rest of America no matter what our record is.................... unfortunately for us this does nothing to wake up the Jones clan.

You and your friends? So 3 watchers less.....that'll make a huge difference. Thank you for your contribution.

Would have been a great memory....I wish I could take my dad to a game.

I'll watch it if I get the game. But If I don't, I'm not finding any stream.

No. It's the Dallas Cowboys. America's Team. They drive ratings.
True, but this hot mess of 2 bad teams might be many millions going to Home Depot, Sally's second-hand Treasures or IHOP instead of watching bad teams for 3.5 hours.
