I really thought while suffering through one of the worst seasons in memory that it would lead to at least an attempt to shake things up.

You got a limit as to the availability of the cap (in the future) when you flip those switches... It's a different management when you got the higher-priced player at QB.

Since March 29, 1994, it has been different management when you have NOT had the higher-priced player at quarterback too.

His non-NFL revenue shall never place him in a position of being cash strapped.
