In all fairness I don't think the Jets gave an accurate depiction of his Head Coaching abilities
And more guys who have been previously fired with little success have found more success in a later stop than guys who have won a SB and tried to do so again at another stop
But this is also the type of coach to not challenge Jerry to do anything different...

The question is his contract..........the Rams hired him as OC 2023 and by stand that's a 3 years contract, meaning he has another year left. I know his brother tried to bring him to GB last year but McVay said no.

Saleh's defense was top 2 this year before he was fired, then they fell off a cliff.

His defenses with the 49ers and Jets have always been dominant, no matter who the QB was or how mediocre the offense was.

Saleh/LaFleur would be a fantastic pairing.
