It’ll happen, some teams done even have HCs yet. I find it hard to believe Al Harris, Fassell, etc won’t be on a staff somewhere. Schottenheimer might have to take a step back in role but should have several teams interested. Even guys like Price and Zgonia have been around the league a while and should be online radar as position coaches.

Fans tend to overrate the assistants here, It's happened way too many times. Guys praised as great assistants or "future head coaches" end up in lesser positions or out of the league.

Al Harris will get a job if not retained. But if you track where they end up you will see how the football world perceives the caliber of coaches Dallas employs.
