Were those LaDanian Tomlinson and Beast Mode rushing attacks with the Jets and Seahawks respectively? If so, looks like if Jeanty is there at 12, he'll be the pick.

The Jets and Seahawks both had stout playmaking, dominant defenses. The Cowboys would need to spend money and draft picks to improve.that defense to mimick Schottenheimer teams in NY and Seattle.

We should do these things regardless of who we hire as HC. If fact, we should have done these things long time ago.

Don't care if you are impressed or not. I only care that we figure out how to win more playoff games with Dak as our QB. Having a run focused offense with top defense is the best chance we got more so than having Dak throw 40 times a game.

First of all I'm not advocating we hire him . I'm saying, we need to run the ball better and more and play better defense and if he is going to bring that to the Cowboys, I would prefer that than to KM's pass crazy gimmicky offense.

What are you talking about? You are the one who said you weren't impressed. And I don't care if you are impressed or not. As I posted already, I am not advocating we hire Schottenheimer. I'm pointing out Marty ball with run focused offense and playing better defense is better than having Dak sling it around 40 times a game.
