Wait until they compound this hire by bringing back bloated Mike Zimmer.
And they’ll fill out the rest of the staff with a bunch of X Cowboys, who never won a damn thing.
I’ve said it before I never liked Jason Witten.

The Jets and Seahawks both had stout playmaking, dominant defenses. The Cowboys would need to spend money and draft picks to improve.that defense to mimick Schottenheimer teams in NY and Seattle.

We should do these things regardless of who we hire as HC. If fact, we should have done these things long time ago.

Lmao who said anything about caring? Your possible new head coach has had a decent running game 2 times, congrats. I bet you can't wait for all that incoming playoff success.

Well, his coached team would probably be similar to Mardy. Ball control and lower scoring but can't afford to get into a shootout.

Then I guess they aren't winning anything because shootouts is what this league has become.

What are you talking about? You are the one who said you weren't impressed. And I don't care if you are impressed or not. As I posted already, I am not advocating we hire Schottenheimer. I'm pointing out Marty ball with run focused offense and playing better defense is better than having Dak sling it around 40 times a game.
