Even if it's for OC I hate it.
If it is for OC and ignoring whether or not Schottenheimer would be a good OC going forward, in what dysfunctional world does the owner sign an OC before a HC? I mean has this incompetent fool not learned anything? The teams identity comes form the HC. He needs to trust and be comfortable with his coordinators.

I posted the facts that are online however they get to some years he made 6 some five he averaged $5,000,000 a year there are bonuses there are things you get when you reach the playoffs and you win a certain amount of games we don't see the actual contract details because that's not how it works that reality is we don't as fans get to see the details but I posted that **** straight off the Internet so get over it it's still the same debate the Jerry Jones family does not pay the cheapest salaries they literally are somewhere in the middle and there's nothing wrong with being in the middle because we shouldn't overpay for average isn't that what we say about the players but there's a lot of $16,000,000 highly paid coaches that are not getting **** done any better than Mike McCarthy did so we gotta good deal we got a great deal 'cause he got a discount because that's how I look at it I'm sorry that my outlook bothers people but I bring in real facts those are the salaries people around here say Jerry Jones is cheap he doesn't want to pay his head coaches and yet there are 15 other teams that pay less I'm sorry I'm not gonna have this debate anymore it's dumb it is wrong it's not factual so you guys can spread around false narratives you twist it bend it and find a way to make it true doesn't make it true....

Either way my argument still stands Jerry Jones does not pay his head coaches the cheapest salaries when you're 15th on the list that's right in the middle and it's about the same amount of money or close to it the rest of the NFC East pays their head coaches and the rest of the league on average that is the average pay$4-6 million is what most head coaches make.. So a few other teams pay more but again Mike Tomlin makes $16,000,000 and he's lost seven straight playoff games he hasn't advanced to do anything so are we saying the fan base would be happier if we paid double for our head coach to do this very same job or is very smart to pay his head coach fair market value?

Jerry didnt want them. It was always going to be someone he knows who will accept his stipulations and meddling and low-balling.
Jerry always plays us, or thinks he is playing us. This is the same strategy he used last summer with the players.
He could have signed Lamb and Dak at any time and created enough cap space to sign a RB, WR, and defensive depth, but he doesn't want to spend his money in free agency, so he drug his feet, didn't even meet with those guys even when he knew he was going to give them both the big dollars. So he tried to make it look like those salaries kept him from being active in free agency. Now he's done the same thing with coaching interviews....drag you feet, screw over McCarthy and the team while also missing the video interviews that were allowed the week he was waiting around.

He is so frustrating.

Jerry always does this. Likely he talked to Moore about it but the staff if he is the case is pretty much already set esp on defense.
