Signed by Cowboys Cowboys signing Junior Adams as new WR coach

Not a popular opinion, but I like the direction this coaching staff is going in.

No more retreads or friends of friends. Dallas is finally going outside the organizational comfort bubble.

Not saying this is going to work and not saying it won't. Just saying these hires at least feel fresher than what we saw under the McCarthy and Garrett regimes.
:hammer:

I don't see how you can call it a poor choice at this point. I like the young and hungry staff that they have put together.
I absolutely love the staff that was hired AFTER Shottenheimer so not sure why you pooled the whole bunch with Shotty in my description. So this reply speaks of only Shottenheimer:

Why exactly do you think he is not a poor choice considering he has done nothing that screams HC in his history and there were better clear cut choices for HC available? Did you like his speech, that was hijacked by an egocentric owner who obviously views him as nothing more than a puppet?

That being said, I would absolutely love it if he proved me wrong and he became someone that could take this team to the next next level. Maybe, but it will take a WHOLE lot more than talk but actually getting to the big game to convince the majority of Cowboy fans.

Said this after the OL coach hiring…. Or just get them real talent to work with. This staff seems like it has some 2012 Commanders assistants vibes.

I think that you can't judge before they have even played a game.

I like this move and all the offensive moves, QB is the only one left, I think. Coach Adams knows the Oregon Ducks players, so that will help come draft time. I still don't think Kupp will be in Dallas, but this move does bring him a few degrees closer to being a Cowboy. Overall, with this resume I'm interested to see which WR Adams can unlock who's already on the roster.

that is your opinion and I am definitely not alone in mine
Like I said, I hope he proves me wrong and I will root for him to succeed as any fan would, besides our opinions mean nothing

Sounds good! I like they've recruited a couple college guys. Should help us in the draft, even just a bit. Tez is one of those players I have a strong feeling will succeed, so hoping the stars might align there.

Sound great !

Now who will throw the ball to them ?
Just some lousy guy named Dak with a 76-46 record and 213 career touchdown passes.

I hear we can find someone to replace that anywhere. Maybe we can trade Parsons to the Raiders for Aidan O'Connell, straight up.

lets talk playoff record , and playoff touchdowns .

Lets talk the Cowboys' playoff record overall since 1996. This team hasn't won squat in so long it encompasses Troy Aikman's last five years.

The problem here is the same as it's always been, Jerry Jones, but now I am getting too far off topic.
