Joe Milton has 'lottery odds' to become an NFL star

Backup QB is a real thing.

It never fails that cowboys fans expect backups to become the starter. This is Dinucci all over
I wish starters being demoted was a real thing in Dallas. Look at what Minnesota did. Darnold had a Dak like season and crumbled in the playoffs. It must of been nice knowing they aren't married to him for 4 years at 60 mil a year. They elected to say bye bye.

I've said this before, I wish we could put Rush's football brain into someone like Milton's body. Milton has all the physical traits to be great. The thing that may keep him from ever even being good enough is his head.
Well, I can agree with that, but I'll take it a step further how about putting Kellen Moores brain into Milton LOOL

but isn't that what your offensive coordinators or your quarterbacks coaches are supposed to be doing; implementing that into your brain that is what coaching is you may not be able to do the implant but that's what's supposed to be happening for what I hear and it may be hearsay it could be rumor that he is coachable that he is learning and it may just take a little while...

That's not the way it works. It has mostly to do w/ instincts. What an NFL QB does is incredibly difficult. To see the entire field and know where everyone will be in nanoseconds after the snap isn't something you teach. You can get better at what you already have, of course, but you're not going to get it coached into you.

That would be the equivalent of teaching a 300 lb guy who runs a 4.9 forty to run a 4.3 forty. Yes, he can improve his 40 time, but he can't "learn" to run a 4.3
