"It didn't work out until last year" = It's workingIt didn’t work until last year….Ravens, Bills….it’s not working. You keep going until it works by actually building a team.

And if the Cowboys win a SB this year you would say it worked correct?"It didn't work out until last year" = It's working
Maybe we don't know what Dak brings to the table seeing that he has had subpar play calling from the OC his ENTIRE pro career! Let's see how he looks without outdated play calling and defenses calling out the play and being spot on before he ever snaps the ball. If and it is a if these guys can bring Dallas play calling into the modern era then just maybe Dak is just what we need. And what is sad is it didn't have to be this way. We all know who Dak is and what he brings (or maybe I should say "doesn't bring"). We all know he's not the future of the Cowboys. I just wish Barnum and Bailey (Jerral and Cap boy) would take off the blinders. If they upgraded the offense and defense like they say they did, then (for a year or 2) it doesn't matter who our QB is. We can still make it deep into the post season. It gives them time to find who our future Franchise QB is.
But I digress.
Lol if they win the SB I will say that. And now for you - how many years of falling short before you say what they are doing does NOT work? And if the Cowboys win a SB this year you would say it worked correct?
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but Schott ain't bringing in some new 2025 innovative scheme.Maybe we don't know what Dak brings to the table seeing that he has had subpar play calling from the OC his ENTIRE pro career! What about hiring Jimmy Johnson? The genius descriptor should never be attributed to any of Jerry’s football decisions.
I never said it worked lol. All I said was it didn’t work for the Eagles until it did.Lol if they win the SB I will say that. And now for you - how many years of falling short before you say what they are doing does NOT work?
As long as Dak's QB, it won't happen. And if the Cowboys win a SB this year you would say it worked correct?
Well you disagree with everyone so there’s that.I'll have to politely disagree. It's also perfectly fine if they aren't.
A "genius" idea is only that...if it works. Here's hopin' so!
That’s a loser mentality I can’t inherit.As long as Dak's QB, it won't happen.
Remember, about this time last year, Jimmy was hired as a consultant. What about hiring Jimmy Johnson?
didnt they get a #1 pick for him too? They literally didn't. They saw it wasn't going to pan out with Wentz and they moved on. Jerry has done the opposite.
lol no he wasn't. Jimmy was joking.Remember, about this time last year, Jimmy was hired as a consultant.
LOL...we might finally say, "hot damn"... we got a team that can bring it home.
didnt they get a #1 pick for him too?
So they didnt just get rid of him they profited from the trade.
Dallas will never get a #1 for dak, or a 2 or 3 etc lol.
They will stick with him till he is worthless.
Did you post this on your Eagles site also?
In football, a head coach relies heavily on his assistants, who play a crucial role in various aspects of the team. Assistants provide support, expertise, and leadership in areas like game planning, player development, and recruiting. While the head coach ultimately leads the team and makes final decisions, the assistants are integral to the team's and head coach's success.
In this thread, we will discuss new Cowboys Head Coach Brian Schottenheimer's first and extremely critical coaching hire in Offensive Coordinator Klayton Adams...
That’s always a good sign.I ran into this video yesterday and had no clue about Adams. Cardinals fans wanted to retain him.
I said around draft time that the Schotty hire was growing on me. My first reaction was very similar to Michael Irvin’s. But I’ve always been a fan of the Eberflus hire. Didn’t know much about Adams. But after watching the video I am excited. I’m going to do some more research/youtubing him. He’s made some great coaching hires and the staff seems to have recovered quite well from any skill or experience they may have lost to Quinn.
I’m hopeful, but we’ll see where they are in December.
