I have to agree here. Unless the new coaching staff can prepare a solid game plan for Dak and he actually executes it successfully, then I think we are looking at a win total of 6 or 7. We have all seen the deer in the headlights from Dak against winning teams. I still can't believe the butt kicking they took from GB at home in the playoffs. Anyway, they still have to play the games. Go Cowboys!

And Dallas will win the NFC Eastern Division .This offensive line is going to mash and maul and after about 3 games,they will be talked about heavily on sports media outlets.There will be holes to run through for these running backs ,Lamb and Pickens will feast, how do you stop that if Dallas has a thunder and lightning rushing attack with Blue Mafah Luepke.I think this coaching staff will have this team ready to play each week and the team will believe in the play calling .These tight ends will block and catch their passes and be productive,add in motion and play action and some well timed screens to blue and Turpin and you have a multi dimensional explosive offense that can give defenses different looks.Dallas may spread teams out with 3 wide receivers and still run the ball out of that formation behind this this Oline.

Dallas will take some pressure off Prescott with a fierce power running game and innovative offensive play calling.I think the offensive play calling will be much more creative and less predictable under Schottenheimer and his new staff.That should be a real help to Dak this season.
He has no idea who I am how can he love me.Jerry got lucky this off season because Schottenheimer hired a good staff and this will be a good football team.Some good players have been added this offseason,Dallas should be one of the better teams in the league if it can avoid the injury bug.Dallas Oline should match up good with Philadelphia's Dline.
I think this is spot on if our run game is anemic. Even using a pessimistic approach, I can see 7-8 wins. If our run game is much better than expected, I see a lot of wins. I remember 2014 and what that run game did for us. What it did for Romo. We were expected to win around 6 games with that crap defense. ESPN had us at 6. Others did as well. Despite our current soft underbelly on defense, we're better than 2014 D.

Oh no I am a long timer With Dallas I was watching Roger Staubach in 1973 and I have been a die hard fan of the Cowboys ever since.I think this team has a chance to surprise some people.They are definitely going to be able to run the ball and then they will surely be able to pass the ball with Cee Dee Lamb and George Pickens playing together.So I figure if Dallas can stop the run the defense will be a pretty good unit as well ,one things for sure Dallas will pressure the Quarterback and should be one of the top teams in sacks.Something different happened this off season ,Jerry seems to have let somebody with football knowledge run the off season .I know Jerry is not a real GM but it seems like Dallas had a good off season for a change.This coaching staff looks solid I am optimistic.
This offseason has been the best in a few years no doubt.
Scheduling, huge question at RB, a D that was terrible last year(28th) doesn't appear to have gotten significantly better, and a very very tough schedule. Huge questions at DB. 10 of our 17 games are against playoff teams from last year.
