Of course, often subjective. Especially in this case, as "solution" could indicate the final piece, the most important piece, or the only piece that matters. Since football is a game w/ 11 players on O, it's highly unlikely that the last definition would be used. More likely is that he's being called the most important piece.

Solution being used in this sense really sounds more like a media buzzword than anything.

Oh, IDK, seems to me like they fell for the old overrating the super bowl winning QB thingie. Hurts is nowhere near the 2nd best QB in the NFL. That's a casual fan thing.

It appears that these coaches really looked at the game film of these players from the pre season and they did what they were supposed to do. In recent years it felt like they just kept guys just to keep them, even though there was a player at that position that out played a player who has made this team before.

The nepotism aspect seems to be gone, good example would be cutting Izzy! He's been on this team for several years now, but he was outshined by younger guys, it is what it is, I love it going forward. Please give your thoughts! Good job to the coaches/scouts etc!

Need to cut the brim off the hat for the DT position.

You a linebacker who played on teams in bowl games on college teams...you played with six future Pro Bowlers.
I present experience and a projection that is similarly viewed by teams in the NFL.

The whys of ways.

Instead of using a juvenile name calling come on up and define what is so wayward and why as to projection criteria and the real formulation by leadership in the coaching staff and actual strengths of player rosters and adaptability for success. That projects some juvenile naivete as applied above.

This is a discussion and you should provide football criteria instead of insulting an analysis and prejudice.

I don't suck up to this team condemned to losing, Jerry is an idiot, and the quarterback shrinks against all good teams and melts down.

First off, get your label corrected. I am positive and respect the actions of the Cowboys. I so communicate what they have demonstrated and done for certain reasons. I am experienced and played the game to recognize directions and not based on Lombardi successes alone.

There are leadership and team facts that can be observed and so stated. I do that as to a recognizable comment.

I projected level of play attainable and should be with the current talent and staff.

You wanting to turn that into declaring another Lombardi? Do you want to talk football or one's own pecking order and projection of failings?
