It may have more to do with punishing Micah as Jerry probably thought Philly is where Micah wanted to go!!

Well we know Eagles only have one DT on the roster worth having….and he’s arguably the best DT in the game. So chances are it’s probably a Jordan Davis and 2 1sts type deal and that’s worse then what we got from GB.

Jalen Carter and a 1st is the only deal I’d listen to from them and he’s an untouchable. I wouldn’t even pick up Howie’s call.

I’m surprised the eagles, being shrewd and cunning in the FO as they are, didn’t work a secret deal with GB to get Parsons from GB immediately after the deal with GB went through.
GB paying his 47m per year probably put that possibility to rest but totally wouldn’t have surprised me, and Jerry look like an even bigger fool.

Agreed. IF somehow Carter was available as part of the deal, I am very interested regardless of division. BUT they value the trenches so I doubt they would ever consider including him.
