Dak Critics haven't been proven wrong

Crazy on how you focus on one thing, excuse me one FACT, and try to deflect to something that literally doesn't matter. They are what they are. They gave up 400+ yards to the great Cleveland Browns offense. They are 4 games in and have given up 400+ yards twice. The truth is, nobody really knows what they are yet, or what the Cowboys offense is yet.

Emotionally taking for granted that the Packers defense is great because of pre-season hype and the addition of Parsons is... well... emotional. The facts say they have been good but not great, so far.

How come you're ignoring the main point, though? The statement was made that Dak has "beaten up on good defenses". I literally gave GB credit for having a good but not great defense and pointed out that theirs was the only defense Dak has played that could be considered good at this point in the season. You're arguing a strawman and a terrible one at that. Nothing personal going on there, eh kid?

What's weak is the personal attacks and innuendo. If you mattered at all I'd report you but watching you expose yourself is much more entertaining.

After 5 weeks the offense is 4th in scoring at 30 points game, 3rd in QBR, and 2nd in passing yards which means he is carrying the load, never mind the offensive injuries we have. Meanwhile the defense has the 5th worst scoring defense, also giving up 30 points a game, and last in yards.

But yeah, let's complain about Dak and make sure people know he isn't any good. If Micah was still here I'm sure people would be complaining about him as well and wondering why he doesn't have 10 sacks already, but since we don't have a star defender anymore there is no one to point to.

The reality is that our worst players need to improve or be replaced instead of our best players having to make up for everyone else's deficiencies. I guess that is less interesting to talk about.

He called out Jerry after not getting the money he wanted...Micah has been a suck up here the minute he came are you being serious lol? Why do you think he had Jerry's phone number? To just chat about the weather? There's a select few guys who have Jerry's number. We can assume Dak was one of those guys as well.

He hadn't shown that he was a "Force Multiplier" type QB where he would elevate his team despite being short handed. He did struggle in many big game situations and came up small. Having said all that, this year he isn't proving critics wrong, he's just seems to have elevated his play and worked on overcoming those legitimate criticisms. He is playing at an Elite level and seems to have reached a point similar to Romo where in 2014 things finally began to click and he reached a level where he figured out the game at a high level.
I hope Dak continues on this progression and shows that he has overcome any deficiencies he displayed previously and shows that he has reached Elite status.

Thank you for posting. This was very refreshing. Nobody had ever talked about this aspect of Dak and generally not much discussion around Dak...great post.

Doesn't matter what haters or homers think. Doesn't make a difference....just a waste of time for haters to rip on him and homers to defend him. That's all...apparently some feel tough or are just naturally, negative people....if it makes you feel better, get after it. If homers feel warm and cuddly when he plays well, get after it.

What are you talking about? When did the Packers give up 400 yards to the damn Browns? Are you high?

I'm not ignoring your main point it's just wrong. Packers were a top 5 defense. You are revising history now because Dak destroyed them. But no one destroyed them like he did. And now you're using their rankings after Dak faced them to prove oh they weren't great they were just "good". Even though the complaint always was Dak can't play well against good defenses. Now you're pushing the goal post.

You throw personal insults me at every chance you get even when I'm minding my own business so don't play victim now. Don't throw rocks and then hide your hands. That's cowardly. Man up if you can't handle it or stop dishing what you can't take. Whichever one you want.

I also did not want to sign Dak in his last 2 contracts. Non-the less if we have NFC championship or even super bowl success, then I will be looking for crow recipes and be very happy doing it. Assuming he doesn't get injured and another QB

Hope for the best, plan for the worst.
