This is the point.

It's hard to enjoy any win even against awful bad teams without the usual suspects banging on about how well Dak Prescott played forgetting any redzone or dropped picks that would have lost most games but for the defense and special teams securing several turnovers and stops.

I didn't think Prescott was awful against the Eagles but by jove, I wouldn't be citing it as a great performance either.

You didn't think Dak Staubach had the greatest regular season game of all-time?!? HATER!

In fact, I thought Dak played better opening night than he did vs this past Sunday.

Because you’re not talking about fans any more. You’re talking about entitled people who freeload their entertainment and want the world to hear how negative and wrong they are. Since they are unhappy generally, they want everyone else to be miserable with them.

Uneducated fans keep blaming players for mistakes of a GM. That is the divison.

There's been a much greater emphasis on the win and fans have come together on a number of congratulatory viewpoints: Dak's management, Pickens worldly catches, the Quinnen inspired D-Line. The only 'negativity' is surrounding CeeDee's drops (which in isolation were dreadful)..... and exacerbated as many of us foresee Jerry finding a way to allow Pickens to leave.
The problem with most all forums is that fans have Pet Cats who wont accept any criticisms (or see any criticism as being a threat)......
.....Trolls, Pet Cater's, and Cowboys fans who in recent years witnessed capitulations following success (SF x2 and GB).

I agree to a degree but some fans will always find something to complain about every week. And it's not always the same things every week.

Fans come in all kinds of different types. I don't agree with all of them. I think some are too unrealistic and I think some are overly critical. Doesn't mean they are not true Cowboys fans.

We're never going to all agree, but that doesn't mean we can't have conversations and discussions as fans of this team. We just need to focus more on that than calling out each other over whether we are lovers, haters, trolls or whatever.

Of course, I guess if that's how someone wants to fan, then that's their prerogative as well. I just find the arguments over being a fan worse than the arguments about the team. We're at least here to discuss the team.

There's a difference in having a debate, not agreeing or fussing about a bad game a player had to constantly bashing players. If you think arguing over being a fan is better than constantly bashing player than maybe you like that type of negative energy. It's definitely your prerogative

Boys and girls this team is 5-5-1. Perilously close to elimination. I would not say the have come together at all. As for the fans,being lied to and bamboozled by a paternity dodging geriatric for 3 decades takes a toll.

I get we haven't won a SB in 30 years but some act like it's so easy. Take 22 people from this forum and put 11 on offense and 11 on defense. Doesn't have to be in the NFL. Let's say semi-pro....when 10 years has passed and if you don't win, then some will understand. Imagine what it's like in the NFL...the top dogs of their sport all trying to lift the Lombardi Trophy...it's not that easy. Ask the Browns, Oiler/Titans, Lions, Chargers, and Bills if 30 years is too long to lift that trophy.
