Me and the guy who owns the Green Acres ranch love Jerry. Jerry comes by now and then, and we roast some marshmallows over the fire with our turtlenecks on. That's farm living is the life of me. He brings Carl-lot ever now and then, and we have pissing contests, so far he's undefeated.

Is he? A great owner would have tossed his poor GM in the dumpster 25 years ago.

There really is no way to get around this point, the most important hire an sports franchise owner makes is who the GM of the team is.... Jerry the owner has failed this hire for 30 years now, it makes him NOT a great owner.. he has said as much himself..
