Positives he handled the Kneeland tragedy well and he handled the Diggs headache well.

Negatives: pretty much everything else on the field. We looked unprepared a lot.

Most of these coaches handle tragedy well. That’s such a low bar.

He’s way too conservative and I will accept some meddling from Jerry but tbh he wouldn’t have the job if it weren’t for Jerry so it’s a wash. Some good things bite more bad in my opinion. Don’t really have time for someone learning on the job but he seems like a nice guy. C-

B….he wasn’t responsible for the terrible defensive roster or the DC hired.
While the head coach is often said to be responsible for everything, that doesn’t apply to having LBs with no instincts, secondary that cannot cover or tackle, or the DC hired by the GM. While his offense struggled at times, it finished near the top of the league.

Comes across like a therapist to me. His end goal seems to be relationships and the player's mental health...as opposed to winning games.

Our new head coach just finished his rookie campaign.

I dont know where his offense ended up ranking, but the defense was the worst defense ive seen on my life.

He also ok’ed getting rid of Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggs so he deserves some blame on that side of the ball too.

Snotty gets a D-. Only thing that kept him from an F was his ability to make something out of the Dak/Pickens combo and his willingness to use Javonte properly. Penalties, red zone efficiency and game management need drastic improvement.
