Not sure how I feel on this. It's definitely outside the box for this organization. Living up here in the Philly area, Parker is very well respected. I caught a beat writer on WIP this morning raving about him and how people around the league think he's the next star defensive guy.

But I also thought this team, given where they are, needed a proven guy.
