Is it really about scheme or motivating players when it comes to ST?

If the coverage units are bad it’s probably more about backup players not being not great backup players. Not really on the coach, same as when Aubrey and Turpin are doing their thing….that’s not about the coach.

For me there seems to be a world of difference between who runs the offense and defense vs that of ST.

I like this better than the last guy who used to take too many unnecessary risks.

I mean. The unit was basically the same under Fassell and leaps and bounds better. So there’s that.

Schotty is too nice , and is not in control of such decisions anyway . He must have defended his buddy because he has no replacement because he is new at this . He is still learning on the job .Jerry listens to him some because he is about to take the bullets when things go wrong on thr field .
