Now Sam Darnold gets to not just a NFC Conference finals, he is in the Superbowl. So he is a far better QB than Dak. I am not a Dak hater. He is a "good" QB but not at the level of Sam Darnold.
The ONLY ONLY O-N-L-Y stat fans care about is WINS. Hell, Drake Maye was 13 years old when
Dak Prescott started his NFL career and he is in the Superbowl, with Darnold. So both QBs are better than Prescott and Dak gets paid 2 - 3 TIMES more than both combined.

So non elite quarterbacks like Trent Dilfer, Nick Foles, Colin Kaepernick, Brad Johnson and now Sam Darnold can get their teams to Superbowls and never made half of what Josh Allen makes, but an elite, Josh Allen can't with the salary he is making and the record breaking signing bonus he got?

When NFL quarterbacks are discussed here, the defense, special teams, coaching and front office aren't considered as to what a quarterback's regular season or post season record is.

Quarterbacks are judged by post season success and I have no problem with it. Trent Dilfer won a Superbowl. So we can't discount his post season accomplishments.

Again, this is according to how all NFL quarterbacks are judged. I didn't make up the rules, im just abiding by them.

Darnold throughout the years have been groomed by Kevin O'Connell, Kyle Shanahan and Clint Kubiak. So it shouldn't be surprising how well he was able to develop.

Coaching matters tremendously. There are other quarterbacks in the NFL who have or had the talent to win but didn't have proper coaching to develop their skills and mindset at this level.

Quarterback talent in this league isn't enough.

Darnold is way better than Dak. Dak could not of made some of those throws Darnold was making. Stats don’t mean jack when your level of play drops to a back up level in the playoffs. What the whole world witnessed was defenses were getting gashed, and QBs stepped up. We saw what Darnold did on a bigger stage than Dak has ever been on. Dak Stan’s can shut their big mouth now!

I could not disagree with you. As a matter of fact, Darnold proved that not only is he way better than Dak, but he's WAY better than Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson, Justin Herbert, and Trevor Lawrence.

Hell, Trent Dilfer and Colin Kaepernick are WAY better than the quarterbacks in mentioned in the last sentence above.

There's no hope for Dak's career when he's pulling $60 mil a year and there's no money left over to build a team. Sam's success is partly due to his team friendly contract which gives the team the ability to build a team around him. When Dak's contract runs out in 2 years, Jerry is going to panic again and give him $75 mil a year.

You must not know how Jones boys operate. Regardless of how much Dak or anyone else is getting paid, the Jones will not spend big money on anyone on defense. We haven't had any big money FA on defense since Brandon Carr in 2012. The Jones could have done it in 2017 when Dak was making 4th rounder money. In fact, that's the time they should have done it since we had the young QB and the best RB in the NFL on rookie contracts.
