Doesn’t realky matter if he’s a one or two since we have a guy who is a one for sure. The best trait sbout Pickens game is he can win contested passes, he can get open quick, and he can make big plays. His ability has never been in question.

Well then why don’t the Cowboys sign him? They either can’t afford him or think he’s not worth to the team what he’s asking for. These are the kind of issues that reduce his trade value other teams will take advantage of in negotiations. Emmitt’s comments are not helpful, either.

Yeah probably....It was a 6-7 game going into the 4th quarter of their playoff loss. A talent like Pickens could have changed the outcome of that game.
Usually when those bridges have been burned it’s best to move on.
Sometimes it is, and obviously I have the advantage of using hindsight here months later but when Pittsburgh ends up parting ways with its HC and the player traded ends up having a career year with his new team it’s probably fair to say that the better route would have been for the coach and player to get together and work out their differences.
