Oh Boy. The should be interesting.
Not only do thy need playmakers. And tout BPA. Now another criteria is they must be able to change the culture of the team. Not just on the field but in the locker room as well.

Does this limit players they are looking for?
Does this mean Bain is off the board, because of his 2 year old off the field incident, of where a passenger died from the car accident. That he left the scene of, supposedly. I don't really know all that much about it.

Or does "Culture Changing Players" really mean nothing to discuss. As it is saying the same thing as High Character Players"
But they always come up with some what they think is cute saying. But it really sounds dumb at they same time.

It means that Downs is exactly what they want. Rodriguez would be a good fit too.

Styles as well , unfortunately
It looks to me if they are serious about this, they need to trade up to 6. I get the feeling that Downs and Styles with both be gone by pick 11.

Are either worth losing our late 1st pick to trade up?

In my opinion, "culture" can be learned, especially if coaches and other players are setting an example. Now, if you mean "low character", then that is a different issue. I still think these players can turn it around with the right coaches and players. But, then again....I have no idea.

Culture isn’t a guy who is a choir boy. It’s someone who is going to get in someone’s rear end when they are loafing. You know, the opposite of country club
