Confirmation Dallas tried to get to 9 with the Browns. 12 and 20 for 9 and 24. Browns decline. Cowboys throw in a 5th. Browns say no.

I'm guessing we wanted Spencer Fano. Oh well.

So we got the same players we would've taken if we traded, but also swapped two 5's for two 4's instead of losing a 5th while not acquiring the 4's.
Sometimes we win in spite of ourselves.
