What’s even a bit crazy is to extend this to the entire NFCE.If we break out by their actual place on the line it all works out perfectly
LT: Tyron Smith
LG: Larry Allen
C: Travis Frederick
RG: Zack Martin
RT: Rayfield Wright
What’s also a really cool thing to track down is what team could assemble the best starting offensive line and the best “backup” offensive line. Here the gap between the Cowboys and the rest of the widens
LT: Ralph Neely
LG: Nate Newton
C: Mark Stepnoski
RG: John Niland
RT: Erik Williams
Flozell is edged out at LT and Tuinei, even though he played Guard early and Tackle later wasn’t close to John Niland or Erik Williams.
It’s truly amazing how legendary the Cowboys have been at developing offensive linemen.
Kind of a bummer that of the current crop, only Tyler Smith will end up in the top 15
LT: Tyron Smith
LG: Larry Allen
C: Jason Kelce
RG: Zack Martin
RT: Lane Johnson
The Giants and Washington, with six SB’s, don't get a first team player. On second team, Eagles get at least Jason Peters and we get at least Fredbeard. It’s no surprise that the records of us and Philly is so much better overall this century that Washington and New York.
