Not a draft pick in sight…dumb deal.
I agree. The Warriors are trying to be respectful of Curry now that he's in the twilight of his career. The bill is due on their championship run and now they have to pay the cost. Combined with the FO's poor personnel decisions they are prevented from improving their roster in any meaningful way. The team is top- heavy. They are asset-strapped and don't have a talented young core.Warriors are closer to the Mavs than they are the Thunder or Spurs. So I get going for the older player but at some point they need to start thinking of time after Steph.
The overreactions to Wagler are hilarious.
His game was never built on strength or athleticism. It was built on IQ, putting defenders into bad position, and good footwork. The Clippers had him off ball a lot too compared to what he’s used to. I fully expect him to struggle his rookie year / but I’m a believer he will be fine long term. I didn’t watch all of it but he didn’t do anything to persuade me otherwise.

Yep just like the Mavs. Bill was due on Dirk at the end and just didn’t build accordingly. But I get it especially with a guy who wants to retire there.I agree. I enjoyed the run, but age and injury have taken their toll.
Overreactions are silly for sure but I do want to see flashes. These are exhibition games with talent not good enough to be in the nba or rookies. Fleming stat line is embarrassing for the talents he is either didn’t try or hurt. The overreactions to Wagler are hilarious.

They didn’t look as bad as Fleming but he’s also not the prospect they were. I wouldn’t be worried yet but I’d certainly be confused lol.I think it's all an over-reaction. Cooper Flagg didn't do much in his summer-league expect for 1 game. Wemby played in 2 summer games with his 1st one being a disaster.
If Luka leads LA to a title and wins an MVP we can revisit... but right now it's not closeYeah it’s for sure Paul George. Clippers traded away a dynasty for Paul George. Luka was stupid and belongs in the top 5 but the SGa trade to me is equivalent to the Hershel Walker deal in the NBA.
Yeah it will be much closer then for sure.If Luka leads LA to a title and wins an MVP we can revisit... but right now it's not close
