News: Fox: Tony Romo arrested in Milwaukee for OWI

Funny how they don't mention how fast he was going, why he was stopped in the first place, or that what his BAC was. Just that he "preformed poorly" on the field sobriety tests. I mean, my back is hoarked and I would "perform poorly" as well.

Speculation…

Muscle relaxers could be a factor?

He played poorly during the tournament.

I know what you mean.

My back is jacked up.

I mean they’ve been generous on the reporting. This is the nicest way I’ve ever seen a dwi reported.

Field sobriety is a trap. My buddy is a Statie and he even says its designed for you to fail. He's given me the test stone sober and said I would have failed. If you haven't been drinking never submit to it and demand a breathalyzer.

As I have stated many times.....every story has two sides. I'll wait to hear Romo's side before passing judgment.

BTW.......Many of us have had a lapse in judgment. Doesn't mean it's right.......but we are human.

Good people do stupid stuff sometimes...not an excuse for Tony, but nearly everyone here has broken a law a time or two and were lucky enough to have not been caught. 30 years ago I had a DUI. Never felt like a bigger scumbag in my life. Never did it again...but I could have been caught SO MANY times before that. Thankful I never hurt anyone and ruined a lot of lives and mine.

Tried digging around the Milwaukee forums and so on and so far nothing more than what has been put out there.
But then again maybe they do not care about him which is likely

There's no mention of a breathalyzer and they didn't test bac; the officer said he performed poorly on a field sobriety test.

Hall Pass

Hmm, I have seen that movie many times and do not recall that scene. Maybe it is in a director’s cut or something?

I wonder what the "I" stands for?

Given the flush look on his face and the fact that he does sound plastered much of the time, alcohol is my first guess.

Could be weed, prescription meds....a bunch of stuff.

The fact that he "couldn't pass"...well I mean...the comedy writes itself lol

Well, he tried to pass the sobriety test. It just got intercepted.

We are missing too much information.
We have to know why he was pulled over was he speeding swerving ran a stop sign.

Did another motorist see him do something unsafe and call the cops.
Was he profiled as a celebrity was it a setup.
We need to know how we got to having to take a sobriety test in the first place.

We can't just arbitrarily say he was drinking there are other things that constitute being impaired that probably won't show up on a breathalyzer.
Maybe his blood alcohol level was not over the limit and that's why it was not stated.

Somebody's got to get us some more doggone facts in this case

I mean for goodness sake how can we properly assign blame without all the facts

And if we improperly assign blame then Rocky's going to call us a bunch of negative haters so we got to get this right.

Lol
