
Huh.....here's the affidavit. How in the world is this profiling?
The affidavit we got our hands on this afternoon says a deputy saw him driving erratically before pulling him over.
The deputy wrote that she smelled a strong alcohol odor coming from him and noticed his eyes were red and glossy. She said when she got him out of the car, he had a hard time balancing and didn't perform well on the field sobriety test. Investigators say Romo initially told him he hadn't been drinking but later admitted to having one corona. He turned down the breathalyzer test, they say, but a judge later ordered a warrant for a blood test.
