News: Fox: Tony Romo arrested in Milwaukee for OWI

What are you talking about when you don't know all the details? Sounds like he was driving dangerously. When she pulled him over, she must have smelled booze on him, and he immediately wanted to call his lawyer for advice on what to do. He then refused to take the test, and you don't need to be stumbling and slurring words to be considered intoxicated. What a ridiculous take, and to suggest he will sue LOLOL. Good lord...
:lmao2:This followed by you talking about, and insinuating he was drunk, it when you don’t know all the details. :lmao:

We have 30 pages of people that never knew the details.

Are you suggesting innocent people shouldn't call their lawyer?

Dude nailed a 20 second one leg stand.

He ain’t drunk.
You must be as drunk as Tony was... He was supposed to count, 1/1000, 2/1000, 3/1000 as he looked down at his knee until he was told to stop. That was in the instructions the police officer read from a field sobriety card. Tony did not do that. He did not follow instructions. Simply holding his leg up was only part of the instructions.

If am wrong about that, pls tell me...

You don't know any more of the details but you want to crucify the dude. He apparently passed a car improperly....hardly sounds like he was a menace on the road. At the start, neither one of them could hear each other clearly due to the noise on the roadway. He was polite, answered all her questions, cooperated with field tests. Lawyers always tell you not to do the breathalyzer because it is a faulty test. I am willing to bet that the case gets dismissed. Nothing in the video suggests he was impaired. And one beer will you put alcohol on your breath....doesn't make you impaired.
Just to be clear...lately lawyers will not "always tell you to not do breathalyzer". Depends on tthe state you're in, and if you've already refused once. Complete discretion of LE and justice system.

Anyone making hard and fast rules about it doesn't know what they are talking about.

Law enforcement are highly trained to administer roadside olympics, but the REAL tell for them besides a blood test or breathalyzer are the eye tests. They cannot be fake or argued.

It was kind of funny when Tony played the game he did what he wanted on the field changed the plays to what he wanted them to be.

He went through the field sobriety test pretty much the same way did his stretching exercises moved his head following the pen

Took his shoes off he also didn't bother counting his steps or counting when he was standing on one leg.
Can't change the spots on a leopard he did the sobriety test the way he wanted to do it
Right, the feels here on the board is, that, Tony didn't follow the instructions, but what he did was impressive, so, he's not impaired... He should get to go free!!!

I thought I heard that blood tests were ordered . I guess then we'll know for sure. Couldn't really tell if was drunk or not in that video. He was very polite during the whole thing.
I heard that too and the blood test will show if he was over the legal limit.
But from what I saw in the video he didn't really appear drunk or impaired enough not to be able to operate a vehicle properly.

Part of why I went to The experts my Irish buddies and made them watch the video.
They are the patron saints of driving drunk even have a holiday St Patrick's Day where they show and prove their skills along with the mummers Day parade.

They all were on Tony side they said he wasn't close to being drunk.

Now this is not to say that his alcohol level might not be over a certain number that classifies him as being intoxicated in Wisconsin.

But he passed his sobriety test with flying colors in the minds of a panel of experts from Philadelphia who have Rich roots in surviving many a drunken holiday.

Unfortunately the handcuffs in that video is such a bad look CBS just might pull the plug it wouldn't surprise me they had him looking like he robbed a 7-Eleven even though it's protocol just such an overreactionary horrible look.

Fortunately I don't drink but after watching that whole thing the best thing for him to have done in my opinion.

Would be stop as soon as she profiled him as having had drinks because he was at the golf course he should have stopped right there not done any sobriety tests nothing got arrested be taken in call his lawyer and don't say a word let the lawyer take it from there

All the sobriety tests do from what I can see is compile evidence against you.

He should have let them read him his rights and got his lawyer and not said a word.

It looks like they just keep putting you through calisthenics until you fail.
Also did they have the right to go through his bag use the excuse they were looking for weapons I believe.
Started out as a pure traffic stop because he passed on the right how did it turn into looking for weapons.
Have to say I think Tony got railroaded on this.
I agree with you that at the point she made the golfing/must have been drinking connection that he should have stopped so it's the last thing recorded to seize on. But it didn't look good to not perform well on the test later for him.

Let's be honest though. You thought Romo was being railroaded before we even knew all these new details. You were the "Romo was roofied" guy I was referring to earlier, lol.

Dude please stop did you ever see one try to dispatch a deer that had been hit by a car on the side of the road.
You want to see roadside Olympics and a dangerous situation bullets ricocheting off the pavement cop not even looking at the Target he's shooting at .

cars whizzing by.

Highly trained sheesh

No I didn't think he was roofied I wouldn't have been surprised if CBS for some reason wanted to get rid of him that they had somebody watch and see if he was drinking

if he was alert the cops to pull him over to give them an excuse they seem to really go overboard with all the handcuffing and arresting over passing on the right and going through his bag for guns

How did that all all that come into it through just a traffic violation

Just watched the first two minutes of the full body cam video posted above. Interesting that the reason he was pulled over is for "unsafe passing on the right" and at the very same time he is being told that pretty much every car that went by in the background was passing someone on the right.

This cop is giving off the power trip vibe in a big way.

And what's up with the loudspeaker routine? How they heck do you expect someone to hear that while at speed on a busy freeway?
Geesh...We haven't even seen dashcam footage of the road in front of the cop's vehicle yet. You and no one knows how long it took impaired Romo to realize it was him that was trying to be pulled over by a police vehicle with lights flashing. She probably had to finally use the loudspeaker to get his full attention for him to pull over...

So CBS could have been behind it? You see what I mean? Lol. Hey, not saying it's impossible but that's a little out there.

That's a good point since the loudspeaker was the first topic of discussion between them. If she thought he "might" try to avoid her then that ratchets things up to start.

You haven't read ANY of the commets if you think that's what's happening.
