He has looked the best out there. He is getting the reps and looks the best. He is healthy and is more explosive. If he stays healthy it looks like he is going to win the number 2 back spot.

Truthfully Eze had a good rookie campaign. He had a ton of pressures and good against the run. The sacks never came but he showed enough.

I wanna see him Rush the passer….like a good amount. Overshown too, not a ton with him (kinda light) but a couple years ago, when he was balling before injury…when he did rush, he was in the back field quick. I want Lawrence, Barham, Overshown….all the LB coming from all positions.

I would say because this team is all hype all the time. Its not just the media either. A 3rd round pick has a few decent practices and the owner and coach have pom poms out. Nothing wrong with some pat on the backs but lets see it in real games and see it sustained before we put a gold jacket on the player.

Off the ball linebackers translate very quickly from the college to pro level, not surprising he is picking things up quickly. As a pass rusher, that is a whole other story where he is going to need some developmental time.
