FEATURED Cowboys players released

The Izzy cut is odd.

Lets see how this plays out.
Either Izzy or Blue goes on the PS and gets called up on game day. The new practice squad rules also let you protect four players each week from getting poached so the roster limits are really not as constrained anymore.

Boy talk about black Sunday. Today has been a blood bath of cuts for us. Many expected but a few shockers.
It tells you two things doesn't it it tells you that Jerry is not just liking his guys anymore he's listening to his coaches and that the Cowboys are deeper and have more talent this year they've done a lot in the last 18 months to make this team better so yes there were some dudes that were starting the last two years especially on defense that are basically 3rd stringers somewhere else so that's why they're all gone.. Especially at DB you know corner safeties they just they're not good enough for the new retooled cowboys.

I like it!!.

Malik Davis gets zero respect, and I'm not sure why? Guy just flat-out performs when called upon. Would like to see him get a lot more action this season. And, now, it appears he will.
im with you

Maybe they are keeping six receivers and going with just rbs and Luepke
That's what I said earlier ..

I think they're also not concerned with losing any of the RB3 options and they wanted to hold on to Mingo for ST and Brown has shown too much to try to slide him to the PS.

That said, I won't be surprised if they work a late round pick trade for Mingo.

If anything his stock has improved since he got here. Why would we give up a 4 and then flip him for late rounder?

I think you are onto something….they want to keep Cam

Because they likely know they're not going to consider him for higher WR depth chart next year when he can be easily replaced so better to get what they can out of him now.
