I live in California so it absolutely sucks, I live is Southern California and there's still a ton of 49er fans everywhere. Cali is quite the melting pot of fans of different teams but one thing is common among them all is that the Cowboys are a big overhyped joke and they have little respect for their fans because they say we buy into Jerry's hype every year.

That’s not been my experience. Ram fandom has been ramping up since they moved back and won a SB. I don’t run into too many 9ers fans but there are fans of many teams, and many are cowboys fans

Been there many times. It's always interesting to wake up and most 1pm games are ending or over. 4pm games are on already at around 10-11 am. I was doing TDY there for weeks in the early 2000s during football season. Was awesome!

Yup.....first games are 7am. 2nd games are at 10:30am. Its kinda hard to start partying or drinking that early. We usually circle the prime time cowboys games and plan gatherings around those games....and of course playoff games.

I live a little south of Chicago. Not in the suburbs but about 2.5 hours south. Right smack in Bears country and I’m hearing about every season and last week was brutal.

But the Cowboys are in my family. I was born into this fanbase and I won’t leave regardless of the Jones family.

I bounce between Naples, Florida (8 months) and South Jersey. Naples has no Cowboys bars but two Eagles bars, soon to be three in the area when another one opens in Bonita Springs. Every Northeast NFL team has a bar in the Naples area, and Chicago is repped as well. Need more Cowboy fans, please!

I spent a decade out of state before finally coming back to Texas.
And brother, it can be brutal out there every time the Cowboys lose.
You out-of-state fans know what I mean. One is at work at the office or other venue and Cowboys haters come out the woodwork.
It's not a good time for Cowboys fans because of the haters who make it a point to needle fans.
"Hey, too bad your Cowboys lost." "What a trouncing those lads in silver and blue received." And on and on.
And these haters are hard to find when the Boys whip an opponent.
You fans out there out of state are the true fans who endure the slings and arrows but proudly march on. Chin up. We are due for better times.
Me admiration is for you out there is immense. .

Stats for the franchises since Super Bowl XXX.

Steelers since then: 17-17

They’ve made the playoffs consistently, won Super Bowls XL (2005 season) and XLIII (2008 season), and reached Super Bowl XLV (2010 season). They have multiple AFC Championship appearances and a much higher volume of postseason games.

Cowboys since then: 5-13

All five of their wins came in the Wild Card round. They are 0-7 in the Divisional round and have not reached an NFC Championship game or Super Bowl in this span. They missed the playoffs in both 2024 and 2025.

In short, Pittsburgh has been far more successful in the postseason since that Super Bowl: more appearances, more wins, two titles, and deeper runs. Dallas has mostly been a one-and-done (or early-exit) team.
