Him and the rest of the offense kept coming from behind to take the lead despite the terrible play calling. Even tied the game with 7 seconds to go. Yes he should not have thrown it away but it never should’ve gotten to that point. Anyone putting the blame on Dak for the loss is just a Dak hater and not being objective about what happened yesterday.

Go Cowboys!

There's plenty to criticize with the play calling (again) and execution. But a team doesn't give up 34 points, have other opportunities throughout the game, and then suddenly make one quarterback bad throw the sole reason they lost.

I'm perfectly fine with criticizing Dak when he deserves it. I just think being objective means giving him credit when he deserves it too. While acknowledging he made some boneheaded plays, Dak did plenty to give Dallas a chance to win.

Defense made a goal line stand against Henry. They gave up only FG on short fields. They did enough to win. I thought CD was going to have to play CB at some point. Dak played great until he didnt. And lost the game. Overpaid choke artist.

We are all just haters.

You are the only TRUE cowboys fan here.

For the play in question. Shotty is mostly to blame but dak needs to understand situational awareness and realize is coach is wrong. I put some blame on Dak.

Shotty needs to be fired for that decision
Dak has made this decision countless times - you can keep blaming the coach all you want. Dak is a 10 year vet. He does this constantly. Remember his run and slide in the playoffs as the clock ran out?

100%. Romo, or even Chad Hutchinson would have said, nah, we're winning the game right here. But our HC is atrocious.

I do too. I bet it doesn’t happen again.

All I know is at the end of the game Dallas had their strongest unit on the field with a chance to win the game outright. You want your QB to step up there and take the game over. Whether or not he completes that pass at the end is irrelevant. You want your QB to have enough confidence to make the throw and live or die by the result, not sail it away and play for the safety of OT. A QB that wanted to win that game would have seized the moment, even if it meant giving the HC the middle finger and going and taking the game.

Oh jeez. This board. We have one guy saying Dak doesn't want to win and now this guy like clockwork saying he is the only reason we had a chance. The ONLY reason. This damn board...

Dak & Shotty now maybe realize they would've gotten less criticism having the Nads to take the risk of winning..... vrs the no nads of a throw away....

The risk of failure vrs winning in ingrained in our society.....especially sports yet.

Let's be realistic and say the offense did enough to win the game, while special teams and the defense were a sad, sad group of losers.
Dak played well, but there were some throws he missed. There were some drops, some offensive penalties, and whiffed pass blocking. Williams was better.
But it wasn't good enough.
