We might win the division and make the playoffs.

That is all I expected or wanted for this season. To expect more than that is not realistic.
They are not a SB caliber team, and dont have SB players or coaches.

I’m sick of hearing, “we will do better”. That has been going on for 30 looong years!!!!

yes that is getting old, Time to actually be better , win or lose.

So where do we go from here .

The apologists will say it's only one game it's only a few plays.

They will rebound from this they will learn they will get better and a bunch of other excuses.

But down deep we long time fans know exactly what's going to happen.

Our leaders coach and quarterback have just put on display to the whole team their lack of talent in big moments.

They're complete and utter failure with the game on the line.

Sure the players will talk the company line and say how they'll rebound and it's a long season and they'll learn from these mistakes.

But down deep in dark places with their agents whispering in their ears we just cultivated a whole roster of career protectors and business decision makers.

What we witnessed was bad football and we can't unsee it but worse yet the rest of the team can't unsee it no matter what company line they throw at the media.
Our coach hopes our quarterback can still trust him.

Our owner said what he saw was unexplainable.

Does anybody believe the team still has confidence in its leaders seems like a lot of uncertainty coming from the top brass.

And if they lost confidence can they get it back.

Does anybody believe our leaders can change and get better in big moments and rise to the occasion.

Is the season pretty much done after that display will we underachieve just collect paychecks and muddle through.

Got to give it to Jerry he threw some more talent at the roster after that disaster can we make the playoffs still mathematically of course but mentally

People are letting this game affect them too much, it was just a game, this is just a entertainment sport.
Let it go and lets see how season goes. I am just going to try and enjoy it.
Right now it is next game up and that is Houston, hopefully the cowboys can win the Texas bowl !

I've been a Cowboys fan since 1960 and not about to give up until it no longer exists. I'm not ready to call it quits until this team surrenders its existence. I seriously doubt it'll happen anytime soon. Beating Houston would be the best and quickest way for this team to renew its favor in the NFL. Keep fighting. That shouldn't be too much for any fan to ask. It's just a fair and reasonable expectation.

We usually screw up our second rounders, because Jerry likes to gambled on injured players or players with some sort of drug problems that fell because of that. But right now we're the 3rd best team in the NFC East. Is that where you wanted to be at. I know we'll probably end back up to 2nd because of some injuries on our rivals. But we're competing for number 2 now instead of number 1 which was the plan. Who are our leaders on Defense? Has anyone stepped up? If they improved so much, why are people scapegoating them for our losses?

I disagree that any team in the NFCE is better than us. That isn’t a Pro Cowboy comment, it’s an anti NFCE comment. The Eagles are horrible right now

Going from 30th to middle of the pack in less than a year with a 1st time DC doesnt seem realistic.

Between now and September of 2027 "should be" reasonable to find a real edge. If a high quality edge in their prime was available, id go for that first, of course.

Revel may not pan out but at least we just secured that area when the opportunity presented itself
