Rams gave up draft picks and won a SB. It’s not necessarily a bad strategy. But our front office has to spend those picks wisely - which is where our problem lies.

He had one big game last year, and did very little else. He has 2 sacks in his last 10 games. There's not one thing to suggest he's better than Rashan Gary.
