Great choice !This might have already been said, but I would add Sean McDermott to your list

I hope not , would rather have anyone but him.Tomlin seems to be on the list.
You're embarrassing, just like dak, go tell on me as the rat prescott did.Lady, I know you're in love with Dak because he's on your mind 24/7. Again, you're probably too ugly for him. Try Jerry, you might have more luck with someone in your age group, with similar looks.
Does not really matter unless Jerry either steps down or gives him control over personel, like Parcels had.Who could you see potentially as our next head coach?
All of this and these suggested candidates but mostly with emphasis on your last sentence. If the Dallas Cowboys decide to move on from Brian Schottenheimer, I think the biggest question is whether they need another offensive minded head coach or someone who can finally get the defense playing at a consistently high level.
For me, the next hire should be evaluated on three things: proven leadership, a clear defensive philosophy, and the ability to build a coaching staff that complements Dak Prescott and the roster.
Brian Flores, Chris Shula, or even Klint Kubiak are possible places to start and go from there. Go outside the organization and not promote from within. And most importantly give him the power to make real changes and not be a Jerry Jones yes man.
I would love Flores! If the Dallas Cowboys decide to move on from Brian Schottenheimer, I think the biggest question is whether they need another offensive minded head coach or someone who can finally get the defense playing at a consistently high level.

jerry played in the trenches, so he is especially adept at working with both lines to maximize productivityJerry is actually our head coach, so we don't need one .
I don’t know about Tomlin…..he’s neither an offensive or defensive minded coach, and he has a history of hiring coordinators who kind of suck. Maybe we needs a head coach who is unquestioned at either O or D, especially D since we just can’t get that right at all, ever.Tomlin seems to be on the list.
Witten HC and Romo as OCWho could you see potentially as our next head coach?
Good call 52, Im with ya.It'll be Kellen Moore if the Saints fire him. Bank it.
That's not what I want, but it's what I expect.
This is sadly trueJerry is actually our head coach, so we don't need one .
It doesn"t matter who the next head coach is. He will be a jerry puppet and nothing will change.
I find this hard to believe. I cannot get my mind off that 3rd and 21 play and the defense they lined up for that play. Rookie QB and they chose not to throw constant pressure at him and on that play, I would have brought the house. This defense needs to take more chances and be more aggressive. Maybe they will be when the secondary is healthy. But it is a must because they are truly horrible right now.Akoye breaks down defensive plays of Tampa game. His thoughts were the scheme wasn't the problem but the players weren't executing plays called. He had a problem with Shotty play calling. Example over and over shotgun in a empty back field.
